Shipping Policy (Kuwait Only)

At The Right Poster, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently anywhere in Kuwait. Below are the details of our local shipping process:

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • For custom posters, processing begins after design approval.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time & Fees

  • Delivery within Kuwait: 1–3 business days after processing.

  • Delivery Fee: 2 KWD flat rate or free over 20 KWD

  • Delivery is handled by a trusted local courier who may contact you prior to arrival.

3. Delivery Process

  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a message or call with delivery details.

  • Please ensure your contact information and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.

  • If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, redelivery can be arranged (additional fees may apply).

4. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or missed attempts, we can reschedule however, a redelivery fee will apply.

  • Orders returned to us for incomplete/incorrect addresses will be held for 5 business days. After that, the order may be canceled without a refund.
