Refund & Return Policy

At The Right Poster, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:

1. Custom Orders

• Non-refundable. Once a custom design is approved and printed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect custom item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

2. Ready-Made Posters

• Eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Item must be in original condition and packaging.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• We will offer a replacement or refund based on the issue.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellation is not guaranteed.
